Terms and conditions

The first named person on the booking form is responsible for the booking and must be over 18 years of age. He or she warrants that the party consists of a family or part of a family. No more than the maximum number of persons stated on the booking form shall be permitted to occupy the accommodation booked. A child or baby of whatever age counts as one person.

No all male or all female parties under 21 are accepted.

Guests are expected to leave their accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and any damage or breakages are notified to the owner and either replaced before departure or monies will be held from the deposit to cover any costs or replacements.

Well-behaved pets are welcome at no extra cost.

Electricity is paid for by a £1 pre-pay coin meter.

Chalet keys can be collected from the office at California Sands between 2pm and 4:30pm on the Saturday of your arrival.
